I have sampled a fair amount of artichoke dip through the years and this is by far the best! My neighbor Heather Anderson made it for recipe club and I have been making it ever since. Try it, you'll love it and so will your family and friends.
Ingredients
8.5 oz. can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 0z. sour cream
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
3/4 cup chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3/4 package bacon, fried and crumbled
1/4 cup green onions chopped
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients and place in greased 8X8" pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm with firm tortilla chips or artisan bread.
